Linvisibile Concealed Sliding door is the first flush-to-wall sliding door. An exclusive patented system that offers an innovative and elegant solution to the classic sliding doors. Available in motorized version with opening driven by a low-voltage motor and flush-to-wall push-button panel, or in manual version with flush fitting handle system.

It can be coated with almost any type of material (metal, stone, leather) to create special atmospheres, in a tasteful way. There are lacquered (glossy or matt) and wooden versions offered as well.

Technical features

Concealed Sliding System consists of:

– An extruded aluminium frame (EN AW 6060 alloy Anticorodal 063) that replaces the frame (outer frame-posts) and adapts to walls and plasterboard walls with different thickness;
– A panel with hollow-core structure, 50 mm thick, made with a perimeter frame in solid wood (bahia rosewood, toulipier or fir tree) with high-density honeycomb interior, finished with 2 MDF sheets, 5 mm thick, on each side. Class E1 low formaldehyde emission. The manual model includes stop seals;
– Rails-guide and related components.

Opening can be automatic, by pressing a button that is also flush with the wall, or manual, by a flush fitting handle.

Peculiar technical details

• Guide with highly performing carriages supports.
• Flatness of the panel in its closing position for a whole camouflage with the wall.

• Completely flush with the wall control plates
• flush fitting handles is positioned on the not flush to wall side

Dimensions

Since it can be made to measure, Linvisibile Concealed Sliding System is perfect for both residential and contract installations.
In single leaf, the Concealed Sliding System is available in the following size (clear width):
– widths: 800 – 900 – 1000 – 1100 mm (also 700 mm for manual version)
– all heights from 1900 mm up to 3500 mm

The direction of opening can be from left to right or from right to left.

Lacquering

The lacquer is one of the most elegant forms of panel finishes. Precious surfaces, shining in every possible color to give the inhabited a tone of exclusive elegance. Lacquers by Linvisibile refer exclusively to RAL classic K5 sample book. Lacquered colours are compliant to matt/glossy effect requirements: matt lacquered finish: 10 gloss; glossy lacquered finish: “100” gloss.

Wood Essence

Quality surfaces, exclusive of refinement. Traditional and modern blend in higher quality woods, durable and prestigious. No material is able to transmit the heat as the wood essence. Only the wood essence gives environments unique atmospheres, grain and different levels of density.

Wood Veneer

A traditional material adapted to the most modern processes. The characteristics of veneered wood are manifold: resistance to scratches, heat and light; hassle-free maintenance and cleaning; rich range of wood types, colours and grains, and high standards of eco-sustainability. Laminate

A new generation of smart materials for the typical vertical and horizontal applications found in interior design. The laminates we have chosen for our products have unique features. Thanks to the innovative processing they undergo, they are moulded with fingerprint-proof surfaces, soft to the touch, matt and extremely resistant, so as to withstand bumps and scratches, as well as any possible damage from solvents and reagents typically used in household cleaning products. Fabric

Metal

Surface shine, of metal. Amazing finishes that can be applied on all doors, available for the designer to give form to a space that reflects his/her imagination. Metal plates to choose between copper, brass and aluminium, of a variable thickness in function of the required finishing, applied to the facades oh the honeycombe panel by glueing.

Moulded Panel

The moulded panel offers precision craftsmanship on all doors, enriching the interior with a unique and luxurious touch. The panel features a hollow-core structure (honeycomb) framed by solid wood and finished with 2 mm MDF sheets on both sides The moulding is available in three types: classic method, single engraving, double engraving or square digging, in the designs of the models mentioned or custom-made verification of feasibility with the technical office.

Kit Easy (Bonaiti)

The kit is composed of a G500T lock, flush-fitting handles and a pulling element.

Thanks to a refined technology, Linvisibile system guarantees perfect continuity between door and wall, a fully concealed aluminium structure, and elimination of unsightly cracks. Linvisibile ensures perfect planarity between wall and panel and an exclusive perimeter millimetric gap. For all its products, Linvisibile offers an exclusive 10-year warranty for the aluminium frames and a 2-year warranty for the panels.
